Sales Assistant for Vacant Land Sales

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be responding to incoming inquiries from potential buyers on Facebook Marketplace and following up with old leads via Facebook Messenger, email, or text. The goal is to effectively engage with all prospects, answer their questions, and guide them toward purchasing our vacant land.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to messages from potential buyers.

- Follow up with old leads to re-establish interest and move prospects through the sales process.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the lead tracking system.

- Provide excellent customer service to all prospects, ensuring a positive experience.

- Collaborate with the team to optimize messaging strategies and improve sales outcomes.

Requirements:

- High-Quality Equipment: A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.

- Experience: Prior experience in sales and customer service is required.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written English proficiency with attention to tone, grammar, and professionalism.

- Attitude: A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and exceptional manners.

- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in real estate, especially vacant land sales, is highly desirable.
