Sales Assistant – Part-Time (Potential to Go Full-Time)

Goodchap’s, a sustainable and eco-friendly pet product brand in the UK, is looking for a Sales Assistant to support and grow our network of business customers. This role starts as part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM GMT, Tuesday to Friday (4-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing business customers.
• Contact customers via phone and email to encourage repeat orders.
• Handle inbound calls and emails from businesses placing orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Keep records of customer interactions and order details.

What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly and confident communicator, in both written and verbal English.
• Organised and proactive, with a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential).
• Interest in eco-friendly and sustainable pet products is a plus!
