Job Description
As a Sales Assistant at Monday Merch, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team with various tasks and qualifying leads. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring their initial questions are answered and assessing if they represent valuable opportunities for our Merch Consultants.
Responsibilities
-Qualifying Leads: Initiate first contact with potential customers via
-Preparing Opportunities: Set the appropriate printing add-ons to our products (e.g., 2 PMS screen print or full-color digital) based on the product and design specifications.
-Sales Support Tasks: Assist with manual tasks such as calculating shipping costs, defining box sizes, and creating quotations.
-Proactive Customer Communication: Engage professionally with customers to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service.
-Scheduling Follow-ups: Manage and schedule follow-up communications to ensure timely responses and maintain customer engagement.
Systems/Software You Will Work With
Odoo: Our ERP and CRM system for managing sales, customer relationships, and operational tasks.
Ideal Candidate
-Experience Preferred: Familiarity with Odoo and/or the print industry is a plus.
-Excellent English Communicator: Confident in reaching out to customers professionally via
