Job Summary: The Sales Assistant is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, prequalifying prospects, gathering essential financial information, and scheduling meetings with Debt Advisors. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow a structured process.
Key Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls.
Make outbound calls.
Use a script to prequalify prospects:
Conduct a budget assessment to ensure affordability.
Gather basic creditor information (balances, statements, etc.).
Send files for review.
Schedule meetings for a Debt Advisor.
Education and Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in sales, customer service, or call centers.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confidence and ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
