Sales Assistant

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Virtual Sales Assistant to help us follow up with couples who inquire about our wedding photography services. If you have sales experience, love talking to people, and know how to guide potential clients toward booking, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Following up with leads via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls

- Building rapport with engaged couples and answering their questions

- Keeping track of leads and updating our CRM

- Scheduling consultation calls or in-person meetings when needed

- Assisting with other sales-related admin tasks


What We’re Looking For

- Fluent in English with a warm and friendly voice

- Sales experience

- Confident on the phone and comfortable making follow-up calls

- Strong written communication skills for WhatsApp and email responses

- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

- Available to work in UK time zones

Potential of bonus pay based on the number of clients booked
