Job Description:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Management:
Organizing and maintaining our database of leads
Qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria
Tracking lead progress and ensuring all information is up-to-date

Communication:
Contacting leads via email and phone to introduce our company and services
Answering lead inquiries and providing relevant information
Scheduling appointments and meetings for [Your Name/Company Name]

Administrative Support:
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Preparing sales presentations and proposals
Maintaining sales records and generating reports

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software, Phone VOIP Softwares, Whatsapp and Google Office Suite
Ability to work independently and remotely
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
