Sales Appointment Setters

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for connecting with people?If so, we want you to join our team as an Appointment Setter! As the Appointment Setter, you will be at the forefront of Group Home Mastery’s lead generation efforts and initiatives, responsible for initiating and managing the process of securing appointments. Your role will involve reaching out to potential leads, nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments with potential clients with our CEO and Sales Agents. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our efforts align with business objectives and market dynamics.

Role Responsibilities & duties:
Identify and qualify potential leads through the company’s CRM, Podia and GoHigh Level
Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to schedule appointments for the sales team.
Clearly communicate Group Home Mastery’s value proposition to prospects in addition to details of the company’s programs and offers.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and appointments using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of leads.
Following up with leads after scheduling appointments to increase the show-up rate for scheduled calls.
Meet and exceed monthly appointment-setting targets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and our services to effectively engage with prospects.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Representative, Appointment Setter or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone presence with the ability to make a high volume of calls.
Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM software (Podia and GoHighLevel) and sales tools.
Enthusiastic and goal-oriented.
