Making outbound calls to prospects using a provided phone line and contact list
Engaging with business owners to understand their marketing goals and challenges
Recommending tailored solutions such as ads management, SEO, SEM, High Level CRM, AI automations, and AI Callers
Managing your own pipeline and tracking conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities
Qualified, successful agents will be entitled to work with paid leads
Collaborating with our internal team for support and training

2+ years of outbound sales experience (preferably B2B and/or digital marketing)
Excellent communication and people skills
A passion for helping businesses grow through marketing
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Willingness to learn and use modern tools
A stable internet connection and a professional home office setup
Availability during 9AM–5PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
