Hiring: Sales Agents (English)

We are looking for highly driven and committed individuals to join our team as Sales Agents for our client accounts.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to maximize revenue and engagement for our clients.

The Role
Your mission is to actively engage with customers. This is achieved through consistent engagement, strategic content sales, and strong relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Sales: Promote and sell exclusive content.
2. Engagement: Respond to messages and comments to maintain high engagement levels.
3. Customer Segmentation: Focus on high-value customers while managing time efficiently across all conversations.
4. Sales Strategies: Utilize proven tactics such as scarcity, FOMO, value-driven messaging, and personalization to drive sales.
5. Reporting and Feedback: Provide insights on customer behavior to optimize sales strategies and content performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Revenue per Shift: Sell USD 500 by the end of the first 2 weeks. Then keep increasing it.
2. Conversion Rate: Achieve at least 50% conversion rate.
3. Response Time: Maintain an average response time below 5 minutes.

Who You Are:
We are looking for individuals who align with the following profile:

Must-Have Competencies:
* Sales and negotiation skills to maximize conversions and revenue.
* Strong empathy and communication to build meaningful connections + creative messaging to keep conversations engaging and customers invested.
* Language fluency in English at a C1 level.
* High typing speed for rapid and engaging responses.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Basic proficiency with customer service tools and platforms.
* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
* Time management skills to prioritize high-value conversations.
* Understanding of Western culture to effectively connect with target audiences.

Behavioral Characteristics:

Commitment:
This is a full-time job requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. If you are not fully prepared to commit to achieving your best, this role is not for you.
