Job Description

We are seeking motivated Sales & Administrative Support Specialists to handle a variety of tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service. This role is perfect for individuals who are proactive, organized, and passionate about contributing to a successful team.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support:
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Administrative Support:
• Handle scheduling and calendar management.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
• Coordinate meetings and manage correspondence.
• Perform general office duties as needed.

Requirements
• Excellent English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is essential.
• Preferably British Accent: Ability to communicate clearly with a British accent is highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.
• Reliable Internet Connection: Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
