Job Title: Sales Admin Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining sales processes, maintaining customer records, and ensuring effective communication between sales representatives, management, and clients. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, a proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
• Manage and maintain customer databases (e.g., CRM systems), ensuring all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, proposals, and other documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and track sales team performance metrics, preparing periodic reports for management.
• Handle inquiries from customers, providing information, resolving issues, or directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Organize and maintain sales materials, including price lists, and product catalogs.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a sales or customer-service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or bachelor’s degree preferred.
