This role will focus on driving digital marketing efforts, managing client communication, supporting business development, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, client outreach, and business growth, contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales inquiries, provide service information, and convert leads into bookings through persuasive communication.
Set and coordinate appointments with clients, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely follow-ups.
Proactively upsell services to existing clients, securing repeat business and increasing revenue.
Manage and organize the inbox, responding to client inquiries, sending follow-ups, and handling business correspondence.
Generate and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring accurate client and job records for seamless sales and customer service.
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, providing quick responses, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.
Handle customer reviews on platforms like Google My Business, Trustpilot, and
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Strong communication and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Familiarity with CRM tools,
Ability to manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
