Role Description:
We are currently seeking an accomplished Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role encompasses responsibilities in sales, account management, and financial reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Deal Renewal Management: Proactively renew customer contracts to ensure ongoing loyalty.
- Deal Expansion Strategies: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.
- Lead Nurturing and Conversion: Engage with new leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.
- Demonstration Coordination: Schedule and conduct product demos, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
- Problem Resolution and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Financial Transactions Handling: Manage financial aspects, including quotes, invoices, and payments.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with colleagues, and report on customer engagement and sales progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Experience in Sales Account Management, especially in software or technology.
- Sales and Business Development Acumen: Strong sales and demo skills.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Address customer issues effectively.
- Financial Management Expertise: Handle financial transactions with customers.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills, fluent in English.
- Strong attention to detail, independence, and consistent deadline achievement.
