Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion and Sales Execution:
- Take ownership of qualified leads from the SDR team and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and present solutions that meet client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers by understanding their business challenges and goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Sales Presentations and Negotiation:
- Develop and deliver impactful product presentations that address client pain points.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements within company guidelines.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progression using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to management on key sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Collaboration with Marketing and SDR Teams:
- Align with the marketing team on lead generation strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Work closely with SDRs to provide feedback on lead quality and optimize target criteria.
Customer Onboarding and Handover:
- Facilitate a smooth transition to the customer success or implementation team after closing deals.
- Support onboarding efforts to ensure an exceptional client experience from the outset.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Continuous Learning and Sales Strategy
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product updates.
- Use this knowledge to refine sales approaches and contribute to overall sales strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar role, with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comprehensive experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level decision-makers effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
- Expertise in delivering impactful product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of independently achieving sales objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach to handling objections and client concerns.
- Professionalism and the ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a related industry.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote work environment and a flexible schedule.
