Sale Engineer_ Civil/Structural Engineering

We are a fast-growing company structural engineering firm based in Australia and looking for a Sale Person/Caller/Customer Service representative with engineering background to join our Philippines remote team( position is full time from 7:00AM to 3:30 pm Philippines time)

The Role:
1)Calling leads to to secure projects
2) Calling customers for lead generation
2) Taking Calls from Client and transfer the information to design team
3) Calling Customers for project follow up
4) Update customers about the project progress by call & Email
5) Calling Customers for getting feedback about the services
6) Participate in online meetings with client with our design team as customer service representative


Requirements:

1) Being Fluent in Speaking English
2) University Degree in engineering or related fields
2) high communication skills both written and Verbal
4) Previous Experience in a office based environment( Not Construction Site based)
5) candidate Must have a computer and high-speed & uninterrupted internet
6) High proficiency in using Microsoft office 365 software
7) being able to work full time from 7:00 to 3:30 pm Philippines time
8) Having Headphones and quiet room for taking calls


The role is full time in Australian time, and mentioned salary is the starting salary based on current conversion rate of AUD to PHP. The reimbursement is bi-weekly salary plus perks inclusive of annual leave, Annual trips and charismas bonus. Salary is adjustable based on performance review.
