We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Safety Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our truck drivers, monitoring driver performance, and managing key safety tracking systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, specifically in line-haul operations, and experience with driver qualification, GPS tracking software (Trimble), and safety compliance platforms (FirstAdvantage).
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Qualification: Qualify truck drivers by reviewing necessary documents, background checks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Driver Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and track driver mileage and performance, providing detailed reports on a weekly basis.
System Management: Oversee and manage the driver qualification process using the FirstAdvantage platform.
GPS Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and track driver activities through Trimble GPS software, ensuring adherence to scheduled routes, safety standards, and regulations.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all drivers are compliant with company policies, federal regulations, and industry best practices.

Proven experience in logistics, particularly in line-haul operations.
Familiarity with driver qualification processes and safety regulations.
Experience using Trimble GPS tracking software and FirstAdvantage platform is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate detailed reports and analyze driver performance data.
