SaaS Developer (javascript mostly)

I need a developer that understands how to implement features for a SaaS.

i want to give him a task and for him to figure out how to implement it and code it.

Using AI, Roo, Cline, and others is of course recommended.

i pay per project, not by hours. I want speed and efficiency and I will never penalise you for working too well ;)
