We require a SaaS platform customer support professional to service our US clients and prospects. This role will include Level 1 technical support, answering queries (both
- Must have:
- Very good/excellent English language skills
- Previous technical support experience
- Previous client/prospect phone contact skills (or you are comfortable having phone conversations)
- Would be great to have:
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Respond well to demands on your time and generally work at a brisk pace
- Moderately social and motivated by the opportunity to present your ideas and suggestions
- Prefer a structured job with clear guidelines and expectations
- Generally demonstrate a positive attitude, you are pretty resilient
- Will accommodate the needs of customers but will offer contrary opinions when required
