Moxxi Property, a fast-growing and fast-paced Short-Term Rental (STR) property management company with over 170+ properties under management, is looking for a Business Operations Admin + Guest Comms VA to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
This pivotal role is ideal for someone who’s ready to grow with us, taking on responsibilities that ensure the seamless management of day-to-day operations and guest communications. You’ll work Friday to Tuesday (with Wednesday and Thursday off), collaborating closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service for our guests and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee cleaning teams, deliver constructive feedback, assign and coordinate new tasks, and ensure the smooth progress of daily operations.
Scheduling & Planning: Manage long-term planning and scheduling to keep operations efficient and predictable.
Record-Keeping & Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate and detailed notes on tasks, ensuring no one has to search for answers. Approve and review contractor cleaner invoices based on completed tasks.
PMS Expertise: Proficiently handle
Guest & Stakeholder Communication: Confidently take calls from guests, owners, and subcontractors, embodying a strong, clear voice. Handle written communication with excellent English skills.
OTA Knowledge: Have a sound understanding of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Airbnb and
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, owners, and subcontractors, effectively resolving conflicts when needed.
Adaptability: Quickly learn and adopt new tools and systems to improve workflows and processes.

daily tasks.
Relationship Builder: Skilled in building rapport with guests and stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively.
Growth-Oriented: Excited to grow with Moxxi and open to learning new skills and opportunities as they arise.
Adaptable: Available to work 8 am - 5 pm AEST time (Melbourne) and adjust for daylight savings changes.
