Job Description
We want a virtual assistant to become an Airbnb Property Management Assistant Administrator. Our company is located in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, United States where we manage short-term and monthly rentals for our clients. This position will involve day-to-day projects doing data entry, organizing files, invoices, and other computer-related tasks. This position is mainly for a person who is very detail-oriented and can complete tasks promptly.
Responsibilities include:
-Listing Management Admin Work-
Create and maintain property listings on Airbnb and VRBO.
Create new listings
Listing Optimization
Create property descriptions
Create floor plans
Create House Manuals and Guidebooks
Database management
Simple Graphic Design
Property Management Software
-Guest Management Admin Work-
Guest Reviews
Lease Agreement
-Cleaning Management Admin Work-
Review cleaner photos
Invoice cleaners
Monitor supplies
-Other Admin Tasks-
Complete miscellaneous special projects and tasks as required.
Troubleshooting Software
Research and due diligence on topics relating to the business and create short reports to present to owners.

-Education and Experience
A minimum of a College Degree
2 years of Property Management, Long Term Property Management Experience, or Airbnb Customer Support experience
1 year of Virtual Assistant, BPO, or Work from Home Experience
3 years of Administration experience

Typing Speed: 60 WPM
