We are seeking a motivated and energetic Spanish Bilingual Cold Caller to join our sales team. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by initiating outbound calls to potential clients. Your ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish will be essential in connecting with a diverse range of prospects. You will be responsible for introducing our products/services, identifying customer needs, and setting up appointments for our sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients primarily in the Spanish-speaking market.
Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits to prospects.
Build rapport and engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and pain points.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure they meet the qualification standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call interactions, lead details, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Effectively address prospect inquiries and objections, positioning our offerings as solutions to their challenges.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and provide them with comprehensive background information on qualified leads.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call volume and lead generation targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and our competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Continuously improve cold calling scripts and strategies based on feedback and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficient computer skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
