SOCIAL MEDIA - SETTER

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3 Setters with experience in booking sales calls from social media conversations.
- People that want to fit with our family culture, rather than be stuck in a stale office.

- Having worked with 2000+ clients, we’re now looking to expand our reach.
- Our team consists of 6 Head Coaches based in Australia, Canada and the US, along with an amazing support team of Assistant - Coaches and Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines and Vietnam.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Social media outreach and chat conversation to generate booked sales calls with potential leads.
- Building a community by liking / commenting posts of those engaging with us
- Helping prepare and share content across our social media platforms.

ALL ABOUT YOU
You need:
- A well-functioning computer and phone
- A strong internet connection that’s reliable in all weather.
- The focus to work independently on hitting targets
- Good personal health - not likely to get ill very often.
- Very good conversational English skills
- A strong understanding of the main social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Motivated by chasing targets and earning commissions above their base

WORKING HOURS
We have two shift times
- Monday - Friday: 6am to 2pm
- Monday - Friday: 2pm to 10pm

COMPENSATION
- Base pay of PHP25,000 per month
- Per sale commission on top
- Consistently performing Setters may receive additional bonuses and pay increases.
