Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for real estate? We are looking for a dedicated Property Business Admin Manager with relevant experience to join our team and take our property business to the next level.

Job Description:

As Admin Manager, you will be responsible for creating all visuals for social media in line with our content strategy, as well as developing and maintaining branded assets. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks related to our property business.

Hours Required:
Ultra Flexible role. (8pm - 5am Philippine Time) weekdays. Looking for approximately 10 hours a week but it will most likely to increase in the coming months.


Key Responsibilities:

Social media – Curate and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Utilities management – Keep records of all utility accounts, coordinate with utility providers for repairs or issues and track utilities usage.

Calendar management – Schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Set reminders for important dates and deadlines.

Inbox management – Organize emails into folders or categories. Filter and remove spam and promotional emails.

Investor onboarding – prepare and ensure that the investor onboarding pack is accurate and up to date with the latest information

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a property business.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the property lettings or real estate industry is a plus
Exceptional organizational, attentive to detail and problem-solving abilities.

What We Offer:

£4.50 per hour paid weekly.
Increasing every year in line with performance.
Annual performance bonus.
