SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT EDITOR/MANAGER

I am looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Account Editor/Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, editing, and curating content for my social media accounts to drive engagement, increase followers, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, social media management, and a keen eye for editing. I am going to start as a new content creator.

Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into short & long form videos
Add engaging music, sound effects, and text overlays to videos
Manage and oversee daily content for my social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, youtube, podcast, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
Curate and schedule posts across all platforms using social media management tools.
Create engaging captions, graphics, and videos as needed.
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, changes, and best practices.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a social media manager or editor.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in social media platforms and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Hootsuite, etc.).
Experience with content planning, scheduling, and work independently and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset and ability to generate fresh ideas.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with influencer marketing.
Ability to work with me and collaborate effectively.
