OVERVIEW:
Our team is searching for a talented Social Media Manager/ Customer Service (11 hours per week) with 1+ years of previous social media management experience to create and repost weekly content for 4 brands on Instagram,
This Social Media Manager does NOT need experience on all of these platforms. Only Instagram experience is required. The rest will be taught in training.
TASKS:
• ? Creating graphics using existing templates & content in Canva
• ? Creating Pinterest graphics & scheduling pins in Tailwind app
• ? Schedule content in advance using Later software
• ? Creating captions for all scheduled posts
• ? Hashtag research using Flich and Tech tool
• ? Resharing daily Instagram reels & posts on stories
• ? Creating & sharing 1-2 Instagram stories per week
• ? Reposting published TikToks without watermark on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,
• ? Sharing YouTube videos to
• ? Checking daily inbox for tagged content to save & reshare
Note: some of these tasks are not needed for all 4 brands.
REQUIREMENTS:
• ? Speak & write in fluent English
• ? Experience using a social media scheduling tool (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc)
• ? Familiarity using Slack for communication
• ? Experience posting to Instagram
• ? At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager
• ? Experience with hashtag research (either manually or using a tool like Flich or tech)
• ? Graphic design experience needed, though Canva templates can/will be used,
applicant MUST have good graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc)
• ? Available for 11 hours per week
PROVIDED:
• ? Full video training of each task
• ? Access to social media hashtag & scheduling tools
• ? We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.
• ? Most (but not all) content will be provided for you to schedule/ create though some content you will need to develop with your own creativity (should be fun)!
HOURS: 11 hours/week
RATE: $13.00/ hour ($572/month)
