About Us:
DRVN Investing is a real estate investment company specializing in wholesaling properties. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an SMS Marketing Specialist. This role will focus on engaging potential property sellers through SMS campaigns and supporting our marketing efforts using the Smarter Contact platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to SMS Campaigns: Actively manage and reply to inbound messages from potential sellers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Run SMS Marketing Campaigns: Use Smarter Contact to set up, launch, and monitor SMS campaigns targeting property sellers.
Lead Management: Organize and track leads generated from campaigns, maintaining accurate records in our system.
Engage with Leads: Build rapport with potential sellers and identify opportunities to acquire properties.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our real estate team to provide updates on campaign performance and lead progress.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in real estate, SMS marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proficiency with SMS marketing platforms, particularly Smarter Contact, is a plus.
3. Strong written English skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
5. Reliable internet connection and equipment to work remotely.
6. Must be Willing to work U.S. time zones and be responsive during work hours.
