SMS Marketer/ Lead Management

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in vacant land acquisitions, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about real estate or eager to learn the industry while growing with an innovative company.

You’ll play a critical role in managing seller communication, updating leads, and using advanced real estate tools to help us meet and exceed our goals.

Responsibilities
Seller Communication: Use platforms like Launch Control to send SMS campaigns, ensuring professional and timely communication with sellers.
Lead Management: Keep leads organized and updated, ensuring effective follow-ups and maximizing opportunities.
Data Management: Pull, scrub, and maintain property data using tools such as PropStream and DealMachine.
Daily Reporting: Track and share progress on SMS campaigns, lead statuses, and key metrics.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience: Prior experience working with a real estate professional or familiarity with tools like Launch Control, PropStream, or DealMachine.
Strong written communication skills for engaging with sellers effectively.
Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with an interest in real estate and land investing.
Comfortable using online tools and open to learning new systems (full training provided).
