About Us:

We are a dynamic real estate company specializing in investment and wholesale opportunities.
We are seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant with expertise in creating and managing SMS campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in designing effective templates, running follow-up campaigns, and nurturing leads through SMS strategies.

Experience in real estate, particularly in wholesale or investment companies, is highly preferred.
Strong sales skills with a focus on closing deals are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Create, manage, and optimize SMS campaigns, including templates, drip campaigns, and follow-ups.
* Nurture leads through SMS communication to drive them through the pipeline effectively.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication within a CRM system.
* Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies for improvement.
* Collaborate with other team members to align SMS campaigns with overall acquisition goals.
* Work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and results-oriented performance.

Requirements

* At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing SMS campaigns.
* Proficiency in creating templates, running campaigns, and implementing follow-up strategies.
* Experience in real estate (wholesale or investment) is a strong advantage.
* Sales experience with a focus on lead conversion and deal closing.
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with a light accent preferred.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems and tools used for SMS campaigns.
* Ability to work 160 hours per month (full-time).

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of compliance and best practices for SMS campaigns.
Analytical skills to evaluate SMS campaign performance and suggest improvements.
