Job Description

As an Outbound SMS Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Campaign Execution: Sending SMS messages to a list of our potential customers using our bulk SMS system.
Lead Generation: Collecting and qualifying interested people from incoming SMS responses.
Offer Presentation: Sending our prewritten offers to interested customers.
Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries using pre-written responses and FAQs.
Reporting and Analysis: Tracking campaign performance and providing insights to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with SMS marketing or other digital marketing channels.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
