Responsibilities:
Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
Daily postings, stories, community engagement, increasing followers
Optimize content with trends and keywords
Manage YouTube and Google Business pages, including ads
Create video reels with graphic overlays and closed captions
Design marketing materials using Canva and Adobe products
Write and send weekly email newsletters
Track and retarget website visitors and social media engagers
Research current trends
Experience and Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in marketing and social media management
Familiarity with home staging and real estate preferred
Expertise in social media analytics, SEO, YouTube ads, and retargeting
Proficient in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva
Proven results with Google and Facebook ads

Qualifications:
Work hours: 8am to 4pm PST
Advanced video editing skills

Salary:
Php 37,000.00 - 40,000.00
