Role title: SEO/PPC Specialist
Part-time (20 hours a week)

Key duties & requirements
Develop optimisation strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
Monitor performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
Efficiently communicate with the team to align goals – responsiveness on
Assist with the preparation of high-quality website and social media content
Work with the team to update website content and website links for maximum optimisation and search engine rankings
Create a Google Business Profile and LinkedIn Posts
Assist with social media posts
Assist with the preparation and scheduling of marketing
Perform website updates and changes using WordPress
Utilisations of page builders (Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery, Beaver etc..)
Knowledge/Skills/attributes
Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio
SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, WordPress SEO Plugins (Yoast, RankMath, SmartCrawl etc...)
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable analysing high volumes of data on a regular basis
Strong knowledge and experience of WordPress and other CMS platforms
Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals
Strong knowledge of HTML
Technologically savvy and ability to learn new skills quickly
Strong understanding of hashtags, links and basic SEO functions and the digital world
Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
Knowledge and experience with digital platforms and the digital industry
Strong computer skills, Office 365/Google suite of tools
Attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking
Website migrations (server to server)
