Position: SEO with Web Development Experience (PROJECT BASE)
Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Project Base - The position can be transitioned to a Full-time role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an SEO Specialist with expertise in web development. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence to improve search engine rankings and enhance the overall user experience on our websites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both SEO strategies and web development techniques to drive organic traffic and improve website performance.

SEO Strategy and Implementation:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay informed about industry trends to enhance website visibility.

On-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new and existing content.

Technical SEO:
Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact search engine crawling and indexing.
Implement and maintain best practices for website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall technical optimization.

Web Development:
Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure website compatibility with search engine algorithms.
Stay updated on web development trends and technologies to contribute to the enhancement of website performance.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO-specific tools.
Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, website traffic, and performance against goals.

Link Building:
Develop and execute a link-building strategy to increase the website's authority and credibility.
Identify and pursue opportunities for high-quality backlinks.
Stay Informed and Educated:
Stay abreast of industry changes and updates related to SEO and web development.
Share insights and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong background in web development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in SEO and web development roles.
