SEO & Wordpress Website Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO and WordPress Website Manager to oversee the optimization, maintenance, and performance of our WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and hands-on experience managing and updating WordPress sites, with a focus on using WP Bakery as the primary page builder. This role requires proficiency in CSS for custom styling and the ability to implement changes efficiently to enhance user experience and site functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and fully functional.
Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve site visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
Use WP Bakery to create, edit, and optimize web pages, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing design.
Apply CSS knowledge to customize themes, layouts, and elements beyond the capabilities of WP Bakery.
Make regular updates to website content, plugins, and features as needed, ensuring compatibility and performance.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content to align with SEO goals.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar platforms, and provide actionable insights.
Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues, including plugin conflicts or styling problems.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure a cohesive website strategy.
Stay updated on SEO trends, WordPress updates, and best practices to recommend improvements.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing WordPress websites, including making updates and changes.
Proficiency with WP Bakery page builder for designing and editing web pages.
Strong knowledge of CSS for custom styling and layout adjustments.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple website projects efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML (preferred but not required).
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Yoast, Rank Math, SEMrush, or Ahrefs) is a plus.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and report progress.
Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in WordPress website management and SEO.
Portfolio or examples of previous WordPress sites managed or optimized.
Familiarity with other WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi) is a bonus.
Understanding of website hosting, domain management, and site speed optimization.
