SEO Strategist / Seo Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

We are a small, tight-knit digital marketing agency, and we're looking for an SEO Strategist to welcome to our team. Everyone on our team has been with us for years, and we treat each other like family......well...without the bickering! ;)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
• Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and converions.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research & competative analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Create SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website structure
• Work with developers to enhance technical SEO, including site speed and Core Web Vitals
• Implement and refind backlink acquisition strategies
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Analyze SEO performance data and KPIs to refind strategies and generate reports
• Conduct regular SEO audits and provide actionalbe insights

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):
• Proven experience as an SEO Strategist, SEO Specliast, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytircs, Google Searc Console, and SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc)
• Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO
• Understanding of on-page, off-page, and local SEO best practices
• Experience in link-building strategies and outreach
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Work Setup & Compensation:
• Work Hours: Flexible (must be able to cordinate with team)
• Location: Fully Remote (work from home)
• Salary: 11,597 Php/weekly + Bonuses
