Salary: 58,263 PHP/month
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Remote (Based in US)
Long-term contract (benefits and bonuses unlock after 6 months of employment)

We are a boutique SEO agency managing two accounts, including a law group and a fintech company (focused on Solo 401(k) services). We are seeking a talented SEO Strategist to join our team. This role will help grow websites through data, competitive analysis, and execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. You need to be proficient in ahrefs & know what you're talking about when you report things. You'll be leading our writers and planning content. And getting creative with things at the same time

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) for multiple websites.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify content opportunities and improve rankings.
- Create and manage a detailed 90-day SEO strategy, including timelines and deliverables.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve site performance, traffic, and conversions.
- Collaborate with content writers/editors to implement strategies effectively. You WILL be organizing strategy for both clients and go through your manager for the final approval before the team starts working.
- Analyze competitors to identify gaps and develop strategies to outperform them.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an SEO Strategist or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, link building, and keyword research.
- Knowledge of Schema & NAP listings (things for Local SEO)
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills (ability to present strategies and reports clearly).
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
