SEO and backlinks specialist, full-time

DevTeam.Space is seeking an experienced SEO and backlink specialist to join our in-house team.

Responsibilities:
- Research and implement SEO strategies tailored to the software development and outsourcing industry to increase traffic, leads, and clients.
- Manage backlinks - generate new backlinks and disavow harmful ones.
- Prepare tech page optimization tasks for our developers.
- Prepare a content schedule for our in-house writers.
- Report on key SEO performance indicators.
- Analyze and optimize page loading speed and other SEO aspects.

Requirements:
- Experience scaling marketplaces.
- Integrity, positive attitude, and a drive for growth.
- Passion for SEO.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO for the US market.
- Case studies showcasing your expertise, specifically in the software outsourcing industry or similar.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently execute SEO tasks and effectively communicate with other team members, including website developers.

Salary:
$2,000 - $3,500 per month, depending on your expertise level and the interview results
