SEO Specialist – E-Commerce Brand (US Market)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing US-based e-commerce brand. You will be fully responsible for planning, executing, and managing a long-term SEO strategy that drives traffic, improves rankings, and builds high-authority backlinks.

This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed keyword research and optimize website pages accordingly
• Develop and manage a backlink acquisition strategy including outreach, guest posts, and authority-building
• Work closely with our content team to ensure all blogs and product pages are SEO-optimized
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site health and speed
• Monitor analytics and search performance tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Create weekly performance reports with suggestions for improvements
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO best practices and Google algorithm updates
• Propose and implement strategies to improve domain authority, CTR, and organic conversions

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience working on SEO for e-commerce or product-based websites
• Proven experience with backlink building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of Shopify (not required)

Work Schedule & Compensation:
• We are open to hourly or fixed monthly rates – please include your expected rate
• Paid bi-weekly
• Weekly check-ins and performance reporting expected
