SEO Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to improve our clients’ online visibility and organic search performance. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and technical SEO. You will be responsible for conducting website audits, developing optimisation strategies, and implementing best practices to drive rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical and content-related issues.
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
Perform keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for growth.
Optimise meta tags, headings, internal linking, and structured data for SEO performance.
Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies.
Implement and oversee link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority.
Provide SEO reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with developers, content writers, and designers to implement SEO improvements.
Ensure websites follow best practices for site speed, mobile optimisation, and user experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong track record of success.
Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush.
Experience with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site performance optimisation.
Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
Ability to analyse data and implement effective SEO strategies.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills (C2 level required).
Highly responsive and able to provide timely updates.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
