Responsibilities:

Content Optimization
- **Keyword Research**: Identify high-impact keywords based on search intent and market trends.
- **Content Creation & Optimization**: Develop engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with industry best practices.
- **E-E-A-T Standards**: Ensure all content meets Google’s guidelines for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness.
- **Link Management**: Monitor and resolve 3xx/4xx errors and maintain proper HTTP to HTTPS redirections.

Technical SEO & Website Optimization
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and structured data.
- **Image Optimization**: Implement descriptive alt text and compress images to enhance site speed.
- **Mobile & Performance Optimization**: Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and load efficiently for optimal user experience.
- **Website Audits**: Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.

SEO Strategy & Growth*
- Keep up with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Build and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align SEO with overall digital strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Provide insights on traffic trends, keyword performance, and search visibility.
- Generate reports and recommend improvements based on SEO data analysis.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and content marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Excellent research and writing skills with an understanding of SEO best practices.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during US Eastern Time hours.
