About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve the organic visibility of our three distinct business entities. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving targeted traffic, enhancing brand awareness, and ultimately generating leads and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keyword Research and Analysis:
o Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for each business entity.
o Analyse competitor keyword strategies to gain a competitive edge.
• On-Page SEO:
o Optimise website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and body copy, to improve search engine rankings.
o Ensure consistent use of keywords and optimize website structure for better crawlability.
• Off-Page SEO:
o Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to improve domain authority.
o Develop and implement effective link-building strategies, such as guest posting and outreach.
• Technical SEO:
o Monitor website technical health, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and XML sitemaps.
o Identify and resolve technical SEO issues to improve search engine visibility.
• Local SEO:
o Optimise local listings on Google and other relevant platforms.
o Implement and maintain local SEO strategies to attract customers in specific geographic areas.
• Analytics and Reporting:
o Track and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
o Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay Updated:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
o Continuously learn and adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team.
