SEO Specialist

We are looking to outsource SEO services to improve the visibility, traffic, and online presence of our clients' websites.

SCOPE OF WORK
We require a specialist to manage the full SEO process for our clients' websites, which includes but is not limited to:
- Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords to target based on the industry and goals.
- On-Page Optimisation: Optimise titles, meta descriptions, headers, content, and internal linking.
- Technical SEO: Ensure the websites are technically sound with optimised site speed, mobile-friendliness, and proper indexing.
- Content Recommendations: Provide suggestions for new content or improvements to existing content to better align with SEO objectives.
- Backlink Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy for acquiring high-quality backlinks.
- Local SEO: Optimise for local search visibility, including Google My Business.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on key performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversion improvements.

EXPECTED DELIVERABLES
- Initial SEO audit with actionable recommendations.
- Detailed SEO strategy tailored to each website's needs.
- Implementation of on-page and technical SEO improvements.
- Performance reports with clear metrics and outcomes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 3+ years of experience in SEO with proven results.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Experience in both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Knowledge of local SEO practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide detailed reports and updates.
