Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals aged 25 and above who are seeking a balance between work and family life while advancing their career in digital marketing. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic for our clients.
2. Conduct website audits and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Optimize existing content and create new content focusing on strategic keywords.
4. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
5. Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to implement technical and content improvements.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in search engines.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar position of at least 3 years.
2. Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
3. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
6. Practical knowledge of WordPress for content and SEO optimizations on websites.
7. Availability to work our office hours in Arizona time zone, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
