SEO Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our clients' organic search rankings and increase organic traffic. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough website audits to identify areas of improvement and potential optimization.
Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tag adjustments, content structure, and keyword integration.
Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content.
Monitor and analyze website analytics to gauge the effectiveness of SEO efforts and recommend improvements.
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and ensure optimal ranking potential.
Coordinate with the link-building team to maximize backlink potential.
Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates and SEO trends to ensure compliance and maximize ranking potential.
Provide monthly SEO reports detailing performance metrics, goals achieved, and future strategies.
Assist in the development and execution of local SEO campaigns.
Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are adhered to in site infrastructure.

Qualifications:

3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Deep understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Shopify, etc.
Strong knowledge of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, and core SEO principles.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience in specific industries like e-commerce, B2B, etc
SEO certification from a recognized institution or platform.
