JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an SEO & PPC Specialist to optimize digital assets, improve organic visibility, and manage paid campaigns across search engines and social media. This role blends organic growth strategies with paid advertising expertise, focusing on expanding into global markets, with an emphasis on Israel and Europe.

Must Have:
-3+ years of experience in SEO & PPC management.
-Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
-Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GTM, and Search Console.
-Deep understanding of technical SEO, link-building strategies, and content optimization.
-Experience using AI tools for SEO analysis and content enhancement (a plus).
-Familiarity with eCommerce and B2B marketing (advantageous).
-Experience with OpenSearch or advanced search engines (a bonus)

Responsibilities

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
-Conduct keyword research and integrate high-ranking terms into content.
-Optimize technical SEO elements (page speed, metadata, schema, etc.).
-Utilize AI tools for content optimization and SEO analysis.
-Develop high-quality backlink strategies.
-Improve UX/UI for better engagement and conversions.
-Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.

2. PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)
-Manage Google Ads and social media ad campaigns (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok).
-Optimize ad performance through CTR analysis, CPC reduction, and ROAS improvement.
-Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messages, and landing pages.
-Track conversions using Google Tag Manager and GA4.

3. SEO & PPC Synergy
-Integrate organic and paid strategies for better performance.
-Use PPC insights to refine SEO keyword strategies.
-Create smart sales funnels using both organic search and paid remarketing.
