The Virtual Assistant will take ownership of repetitive operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This role is key in maintaining efficiency across our processes, supporting strategic initiatives, and optimizing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on websites using a detailed checklist to ensure high standards.
Monitor and manage
Use tools like Twilio to monitor and manage spam callers, ensuring seamless customer interactions (training provided).
Route customers quickly and accurately to the appropriate department or resource.
Research and identify guest posting opportunities to strengthen our website’s backlink profile.
Use ChatGPT effectively to streamline tasks, generate ideas, and support day-to-day operations.
Work with Google Sheets extensively, including managing complex formulas, organizing data, and ensuring accuracy.
Adapt to new tasks and tools as needed, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Extreme attention to detail, ensuring consistency and precision in all tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Advanced Google Sheets expertise, including complex formulas and data management.

Basic understanding of website functionality and QA processes is a major plus.
