SEO Manager With Agency Experience

I own a small digital marketing agency in the U.S. and am looking for a very experienced SEO manager to help me with my SEO operations. I currently have a team (link builder, copywriter, designer and developer) but I'm doing all of the SEO management myself. This would start off as a gig and possibly transition into an ongoing part time role. I have a solid client base but am pretty small still (but looking to grow).

The following are the requirements:

1. A very strong SEO background from a link building, content and technical SEO perspective. Our clients are mainly contractors so I'm mainly doing local SEO focused on both GBP and organic rankings.

2. Must have experience (either current or past) as an SEO manager at an agency.

3. Must have strong experience with creating content plans.

4. Must have strong experience in analyzing the SERP's and figuring out strategies for winning in the SERP's.

3. What is your general content approach when building sites? Do you work on creating topical authority, build silos, do anything about EEAT? Do you employ (or have your copywriters use) a page optimization tool like Surfer SEO or Page Optimizer Pro?

4. What type of SEO experience do you have? Is it mainly national campaigns, local SEO, e-commerce, etc?
