We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and drive the success of our clients in a local SEO agency. This is a leadership position that involves supervising a Junior SEO Specialist, guiding a team of virtual assistants, and working closely with the Head of Off-Page SEO and the VP of Operations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive local SEO strategies, oversee team performance, and ensure client satisfaction through effective SEO solutions.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement overarching local SEO strategies to drive client success.
-Lead and supervise the SEO team, including a Junior SEO Specialist and virtual assistants, to ensure efficient execution of SEO tasks.
-Collaborate with the Head of Off-Page SEO and the VP of Operations to align SEO strategies with business goals.
-Analyze client performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize SEO strategies accordingly.
-Stay updated with the latest local SEO trends, algorithm changes, and AI technologies to inform strategic decisions.
-Manage client expectations and communicate SEO strategies and results effectively.
-Oversee the quality of work produced by the SEO team, ensuring it meets high standards and aligns with client objectives.
-Identify training needs and provide guidance to tea
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience:
-At least 3 years of experience in SEO, with at least 1 year in an agency setting focused on local SEO.
-At least 6 months of management or supervisory experience.
-Proven track record of successfully leading SEO teams and driving client success.
Technical Skills:
-Strong understanding of local SEO principles and strategies.
-Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Local Falcon, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
-Experience with AI platforms and their applications in SEO.
-Familiarity with local SEO best practices such as link building, content creation, GBP management
Soft Skills:
-Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Fluency in English (written and spoken).
