Who We Are Looking For

SEO Strategist

Extensive experience in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Expertise in keyword research, content strategy, link building, and site audits.
Proven ability to improve organic search rankings and traffic using data-driven and innovative SEO tactics.

Leadership & Ownership

- A proactive leader who can take full ownership of the SEO department, including strategy creation, team management, and performance tracking.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively, oversee SEO specialists, and ensure that the team consistently meets deadlines with high-quality results.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to foster a collaborative environment.

Data-Driven Decision-Maker

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Brightlocal, Local Falcon, and other Local SEO platforms.
- Ability to create comprehensive reports that measure SEO success and provide actionable insights to drive continued growth.
- Experience using data to influence strategy and optimize processes for better performance.

Process-Oriented Innovator

- Ability to refine and develop SEO processes that streamline workflow, improve productivity, and ensure consistent delivery of results.
- Experience creating and implementing SEO playbooks and optimizing workflows to maintain top-tier performance.

Bonus

Experience working with clients in the painting or home services industry and a strong understanding of local SEO for service-area businesses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop & Lead SEO Strategy

- Create, implement, and refine SEO strategies that increase organic traffic and conversions for painting contractor clients.
- Continuously test new approaches to SEO and adjust strategies based on performance data.

2. Team Management

- Lead a team of SEO specialists, ensuring smooth execution of SEO tactics and continuous improvement of team strategies.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and regular performance evaluations to foster team growth and excellence.

3. Performance Monitoring

- Use data-driven metrics to track SEO performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain internal processes for consistent, data-backed SEO performance evaluation.

4. Client-Focused Strategy

- Ensure that client goals are consistently met with measurable outcomes.
- Maintain communication with the client services team to align SEO efforts with broader marketing strategies and goals.


Required Experience

- Minimum of 3+ years of high-level experience managing SEO campaigns in an agency or similar environment.
- Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and other local SEO tools.
- Proven success in optimizing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for improved search rankings and organic traffic.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
- Local Business experience is preferred.

Compensation:

- Competitive salary starting from $12 per hour, averaging $2,000+ per month based on hours worked (remuneration range negotiable depending on experience).
- Opportunity for performance-based bonuses and company-wide bonuses based on overall success.

Work Schedule

1. 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
2. Flexibility to address urgent matters outside of normal business hours as needed (rare occurrences).

Work Location
- Remote position with a work-from-home setup.
- High-speed internet and reliable computer processing speed are mandatory.
