InjectCo is a fast-growing, modern medspa focused on aesthetics, skin health, and confidence. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Link Builder & Outreach Specialist to join our team full-time and help grow our digital presence by building high-quality backlinks and strategic relationships in the beauty and wellness space.

**About the Role:
As our SEO Link Builder & Outreach Specialist, your mission is to increase our website’s authority and visibility by acquiring high-quality backlinks from reputable sites. You’ll research link building opportunities, run outreach campaigns, pitch guest content, and collaborate with content creators. You’ll be key in getting InjectCo noticed online through smart, ethical, and effective link-building strategies.

**Responsibilities:
- Identify backlink opportunities on blogs, directories, business citations, niche publications, and industry-relevant websites
- Conduct personalized outreach and follow-up campaigns via email or LinkedIn
- Pitch and coordinate guest post opportunities (topics, content briefs, anchor text, etc.)
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to support outreach goals
- Monitor and audit backlink profile, disavow toxic links when necessary
- Analyze competitor backlinks and develop strategies to stay ahead
- Provide weekly reports on outreach efforts, link wins, and domain growth

**Requirements:
- At least 3 years of SEO link-building or outreach experience (in-house or agency)
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, BuzzStream, Hunter, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication (fluent English required)
- Highly organized, self-starter, and results-driven
- Experience in the medspa, beauty, or wellness space is a strong plus
- Experience with HARO strategy is a must.
- Knowledge of Google’s link-building guidelines and ethical SEO practices
- Already has a database for link building contacts for future use
