Position Overview
Looking for an exceptional Growth Lead to drive multiple digital ventures from zero to scale. This is a key leadership role working directly with the founder across projects. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record of driving explosive organic growth.

Core Responsibilities
Own end-to-end SEO (not just Google) strategy and execution across multiple properties
Identify and capitalize on emerging traffic opportunities through competitive analysis
Build and optimize affiliate revenue streams
Lead content strategy and manage writers/creators
Drive growth experimentation across channels
Monitor analytics and optimize for key performance metrics
Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of demonstrated success in SEO and digital growth
Deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link building
Experience scaling affiliate sites or content businesses to significant traffic/revenue
Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.)
Proven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
Strong experience with digital marketing and analytics products (Analytics, Search Console, etc)
Experience managing content teams and workflows
Knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and common CMS platforms
Strong project management and communication skills
